How counting works
- 1 credit = 1 outbound message we send for you. Inbound from customers is free.
- We don't bill by SMS segment — long messages cost the same as short ones.

- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan includes 14 days free to try Town Circle before you subscribe. No credit card required to start.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Do unused monthly messages roll over?
- Monthly message allowances reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Top-up packs you purchase separately are different — those credits never expire.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your dashboard stays open through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your member list is preserved for 90 days in case you reactivate, and your purchased top-up credits remain available for 12 months.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fee, no per-merchant onboarding fee.
- Can you give early-adopter merchants a discount?
- Yes — we issue coupon codes case by case. If you're an early local partner, get on the waitlist and we'll be in touch about pricing.
- When are you live?
- We're onboarding merchants neighborhood by neighborhood. Get on the waitlist and we'll let you know when we're open in your area.
